Step One was a NES Flashdrive

I created an account at InfoBarrel at the beginning of the month for a couple of reasons.  First I would like to pursue an interest in writing online articles of various subjects.  I have always enjoyed writting and I feel that I could do well given some practice.  Second was the need for domain to use for my Adsense account I was in the process of setting up.
For the article I wrote a how-to on creating a NES Flashdrive.  I grew up playing the Nintendo and have often wished I could go back and play a game of Zelda!  A little looking around on the internet will turn up a few dozen emulators for any gaming system you can remember.  Most have a great selection of games and it is all free and very small file sizes.  You can follow my guide here if you need help getting it installed on the flashdrive or just want more information overall.

Now with Adsense up and running I will get tied to the article mentioned above along with this blog just to see how things actually work.

First Post

I hope for this blog to serve not only as a time line of events stemming from an idea.  The idea is nothing new, simply put it is to create a residual income online.  I have been researching different methods and gathering my facts and I started putting some of that to work by creating an Adsense account.

The plan is mainly an advertising one with some stock photography thrown in.  This blog will help when looking back to see what I did right and wrong.  Maybe it will actually grow into a information blog or a how to type of thing.  I have a lot of things I want to put into action very soon.

Meanwhile, I will keep this little record of events running for now just for the fun of it.  Let's see where this road takes us!
